Former All My Children star Colin Egglesfield (ex-Josh Madden) appears to have gotten himself into a serious legal situation. The actor was arrested on March 29 in Arizona, and charged with criminal damage and disorderly conduct after he allegedly knocked over barriers and broke signs inside a tent at the Tempe Festival for the Arts. Egglesfield, who recently appeared on Drop Dead Diva and Rizzoli & Isles, was released on a $1,000 bond.

The actor was spotted out in Los Angeles with actress Malin Akerman on Tuesday night in Beverly Hills.

Egglesfield initially became one of All My Children's more liked roles, but that changed as storyline played out and it was revealed that Josh was the child that Erica Kane had planned to terminate many years earlier. Instead, the doctor removed the fetus and, in a medically impossible procedure at this time, implanted it into another woman.

Josh Madden was later killed off as part of a plan to help find Kendall Hart a suitable donor heart.
