When General Hospital's Jason Thompson exited the role of Patrick Drake early this year, fans were disappointed to see both him and his on-screen daughter, Brooklyn Rae Silzer's Emma Drake, check out of Port Charles. But while there's nothing the powers that be can do about Thompson's departure (he's currently playing The Young and the Restless' Billy Abbott), they were able to respond to the outpouring of love and support fans directed toward Silzer. The young actress will be returning as Emma later this spring!
Soaps In Depth reports that the fictional youngster will be taking a break from sunny California, where she's been living with dad Patrick and mom Robin (Kimberly McCullough) since January, and heading back to Port Charles during spring break to visit her grandma, Anna (Finola Hughes).
According to the publication, Silzer -- who's still on recurring status with the ABC soap -- will be shooting her scenes in the coming weeks and is expected to air on Wednesday, March 30.
